I have to say that I have basically moved on from half-life. In a lot of ways half life is quite adolescent. It’s very linear, not quite a hallway, but very non-deterministic. Small choice of weapons, very few complexities to master.

not to say that I would not appreciate some closure for the story that we were promised would have closure (that never arrived), but I can fill in the blanks and be satisfied with that.
