got my bivalent booster today so i assume tmrw i’m gonna feel blah & sunday i’ll be better. tough decision to make — to choose to feel bad. but when i actually got covid (after 3 doses) i was glad to just be uncomfortable at home for a few days, not in the hospital, not dead.

got my booster at 11am friday. shortly after going to bed that night the side effects hit me, wasn’t a good night of sleep. saturday i was tired, feverish. but i still worked on house projects. by bedtime saturday night, side effects abated. good night sleep, sunday normal.

i feel it’s necessary to talk about this because i know there is hesitancy even in people who believe in science. the trade off is worth it. it’s just tough to plan and schedule downtime, and see the future rewards.
