it’s taken a month and a half for me to decompress, unwind, and actually get back to enjoying dev again. the routine of my kids being back in school has helped (not to mention some quiet in the house - we went 543 days with them home). i have so much i want to learn too!

there’s no question i was burned out. the security & compliance pivot made it way worse. i never really had a break, for years.
it’s been so long since i felt 100%. today, i sit down at my desk and look forward to building things.
now, i need to to get paid to do it again. 😄
