today was a day of ups and downs. i’m trying to stay positive - always positive. but it’s rough.

in the end, i did some productive things, i cooked a nice dinner. my kids are happy (wherever the heck they are in the house, i’m assuming).

the absence of a gig feels like lost opportunity to help people. i guess it would be okay to “create shareholder value” while also “creating mike bank account value” but above it all, i miss making things that help people.
