Release v2.0.0 of my Obsidian MCP.

no breaking changes in this one, but big new feature:

frontmatter-based per-note permissions, and a new permission level to completely hide a note from being parsed by the agent.

tl;dr: agent_access frontmatter can accept ‘hidden' ‘read' 'append' or 'edit'
