while i won't judge anyone who makes resolutions, i would invite you to introspect a bit.

is there something you avoid doing because you're too busy?

if you just had some time off at the end of the year, did you do that thing at all while you weren't working?

maybe too busy isn't the only barrier to you incorporating this change.
