@jerzone oh wow. i haven’t actually broken a phone screen yet but i got a bit of a gouge on this one shortly after i got it. it seems that resistance to shattering and resistance to scratching and inversely proportional

@threetonesun @marcamos i have at times found it frustrating to write in MD when i want like embedded images styled to align left or right, or responsive stuff. i’m beholden to the output of whatever markdown->html parser my blog framework (astro) is using

@m750 when i park in a parking lot, if i can’t pull through (so i can pull out) i will back in.

why? when i’m arriving at the parking lot, i have full situational awareness of what other cars and pedestrians are around me, this makes backing in easier & safer. vs when i’m leaving - i’m usually stuck between a minivan and a giant pickup truck, so backing out is fraught; i have no visibility to the sides as i enter the path of oncoming traffic or people.
